There is a specific duty to manage asbestos in premises which was intruduced in the 'Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002' (CAWR).
Our experienced surveyors are available to carry out asbestos surveys and material risk assessments at very competitive rates.
All surveys are undertaken in accordance with Health & Safety Executive MDHS100 guidelines. These include:-
Type 1 Location and assessment surveys (presumptive surveys)
Type 2 Standard sampling, identification and assessment surveys
Type 3 Full access, sampling and identification surveys (pre-demolition/major refurbish-ment surveys)
